Confident PM says ready to face removal, but never undermine the confidence of Parliament

  • He says that this is the right of the Parliament to create, amend the Constitution, and the court has no right power rewrite it

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday categorically declared that he was ready face exile for respecting decisions but will never undermine the trust placed in to him.

“Formation and change of The constitution is the right of parliament. The court has no power rewrite the Constitution… If parliament raises voice… threat of contempt,” he remarked.

He repeated that coalition government would only accept a 4-3 verdict of Supreme Court bench.
