Cooper filed a grievance in 2019 with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, alleging the group violated the state’s Human Rights Act by banning her and different trans athletes from competing in feminine competitions.
She then filed a lawsuit towards USA Powerlifitng in state court docket in 2021.
